B Comm with primarily a sales management personality.
Strong analytical skills.
Must have strong information gathering skills and good communication skills to feed information gathered in the field by the sales team.
Duties Required:
Responsible for the achievement of the branch target.
Will implement the strategies and policies from vision from EXCO.
Management and motivation of staff.
Call on clients with the sales team and validate data being gathered, broker and foster relationships with the client and assist the representatives to identify potential markets, co-ordinate launches of new products with the product specialists and demonstration of equipment to clients.
