Preferably Sales Management Diploma.
Previous experience in same industry preferable (fleet management).
Be prepared to travel as required by the company.
A 3 month probation period will apply.
Duties Required:
Achieve sales targets as laid down by the company. Initially these targets will be set at an average of 50 active management systems per month however this target will change from time to time at management’s discretion.
Procure relationships with franchise dealers, and corporate business in-line with company
objectives.
Procure relationships with insurance brokers and Underwriter Managers in your assigned area
in-line with Company objectives (subject to management’s discretion).
Able to conduct satisfactory product presentations from workshop to Director Level.
Compile and achieve sales budget to within agreed expense levels.
Successfully learn the sales features and benefits of the company products and services
offered to its customer base to the company satisfaction. This includes acquiring any
technical knowledge to achieve this objective.
Become familiar with the companies and products classed as opposition by the company.
This includes product analysis against the company products.
Compile a weekly work activity report in accordance with the company requirements.
This report is to be submitted in writing on the following Monday by 12h00. You will also be required to attend a weekly sales meeting as advised by the company.
You are expected to show a courteous manner at all times to both customers, and other member
Company’s employees within the Group.
Ensure that all customers or potential customers have company credit approval and have an
account opened prior to supplying goods or services.
Liaison with the Company approved Lease Company when products are leased by customers.
Be responsible for all company equipment or stock under your control.
Be willing to undertake various tasks or projects given to you by the company.
